Levamio
What is Levamio?
Levamio is a brand of NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO. Levamio builds ten apps that make paperwork and obligations lighter – for individuals and families, online shops and freelancers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The name comes from the Latin “levare” – to lighten.
Which apps does Levamio offer?
For you & your family: Letter Helper, Is It a Scam?, Form Helper, Care Level Guide, Receipt Vault and Bereavement Guide. For shops: Legal Check and Accessibility Check (Shopify). For freelancers & businesses: Payment Reminder Agent and Review Agent. As of October 2026, all apps are in preparation.
Who is behind Levamio?
The provider is NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO, a free zone company based in Dubai (DIEZ License No. 67837), represented by Tassilo Peter Seitz (General Manager). The apps are for users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and we apply the GDPR. Contact: support@levamio.com.
What does Letter Helper cost?
The first letter is free. After that it costs €7.99 a month or €39.99 a year including VAT. Prices are preliminary.
Does Levamio replace advice?
No. Levamio apps explain, organise and remind. We provide no legal, tax or other advice and no debt collection. AI results are labelled and may contain mistakes.
Letter Helper
Do I need an account?
No. Letter Helper works without an account.
Does the app detect every scam?
No. The traffic light shows typical warning signs. If in doubt, check the sender via official contact details – not the ones in the letter.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the store: on Apple under Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not end a subscription.
Is It a Scam?
When will it be available?
The app is in preparation; iOS and Android are planned. We will name a date once it is fixed.
Form Helper
Does the app submit forms for me?
No. It explains and helps you fill them in. You submit them yourself.
Care Level Guide
Does it work in Austria and Switzerland?
Assessments and care levels are regulated differently there. At launch the app focuses on Germany.
Receipt Vault
Does a photo replace the original receipt?
Not necessarily. Whether a shop accepts a photo varies. Keep important originals.
Bereavement Guide
Is “Bereavement Guide” the final name?
No, it is a working title.
Legal Check
Does the app change my store?
Only when you trigger it. Theme code stays untouched.
Does it replace a legal review?
No. It gives general hints on the points checked and does not assess your individual case.
Accessibility Check
Will my store be accessible afterwards?
An automatic check cannot determine that. The app shows common barriers and helps you fix them.
Payment Reminder Agent
Does Levamio send the reminders?
No. The app prepares the text; you send it from your own mailbox.
Is this debt collection?
No. It prepares reminders that you send in your own name.
